There are a hundred coaches like Mills out there, many come and go. Much of what Dick teaches is sound, but confusing. For someone like yourself I would recommend going to a baseball training facility. I went milla his site and it looks pretty good. They will give you an idea of what you should be looking for in your area. If you can't find one, ask your local high school coach. The information has been invaluable to me - and you can also post your video clips and have them reviewed by very knowledgeable folks.
